2007 1st Annual "Spring Break" Breaking Championship Registration Forms Now Available Registration Forms for the 2007 1st Annual "Spring Break" Breaking Championship are now available both here, as well as within the Document Center Section of the T&T Website.   To access the Registration Form here, simply click on the thumbnail image of the Registration Form to the left. This will open the Registration Form in PDF format for easy printing.   Once printed, simply fill out the Form, attach your Registration Fee, and either turn it in to any Certified T&T Instructor or Mail it directly to T&T Martial Arts at:   T&T Martial Arts, Ltd. P.O. Box 360193 Cleveland, OH 44136   Please Note: JUNIOR COMPETITORS - In order to receive your 10 boards free of charge you must register no later than Friday, March 16th, 2007. Any Junior Competitor Registrations received following Friday, March 16th, 2007, will be required to pay $1.00 per board ($10.00 Total), in addition to their Registration Fee.   Spectators may attend FREE OF CHARGE but seating will be limited. Standing room is always available.   I, like many of you, look forward to observing the many strategies that are going to be utilized during this competition.
