Please Note: Beginning in 2007, all T&T Instructors must be certified and assigned, and will undergo frequent check-ups to assure that their knowledge and curriculum are progressing according to the standards set by the T&T Organization. Rank alone does not dictate Instructor Status for any individual, in any class.

Mondays: 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM - Tae Kwon Do Instruction (All Levels)
Mondays: 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM - Rohndo Instruction (All Levels)

Tuesdays: 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM - Tae Kwon Do Instruction (All Levels)
Tuesdays: 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM - PointMaster Sparring (All Levels)
